Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International TRACKED & SIGNED delivery which advises a shipping time of 6-7 BUSINESS days. This estimate is from the point of shipping so in order to ensure your order arrives on time- please allow a MINIMUM of 10 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to arrive.
Hopefully your item will arrive in plenty of time but in case it doesn't, refunds can only be offered once 25 WORKING DAYS have passed from the date of despatch (not the order date). This is due to Royal Mail advising this time frame must be allowed for the order to arrive.

Are your products eco friendly?
Yes, we're committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible and aim to minimize waste throughout our supply chain.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately I am unable to offer returns or exchanges on personalised items unless there is evidence of the item being faulty by the sellers fault.
On non personalised items the buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in it's original condition. Items must be returned within 14 days.
How do I contact you?
You can contact customer service by emailing me at lucyjaynewood@yahoo.com or by filling out the contact form on the website. I aim to reply within 24 hours to assist you with any questions or concerns.
What is your policy for undelivered items?
Any orders which are undelivered due to buyer error (incorrect address provided; not at home when delivered and not collected from sorting office etc) are usually returned to myself.
I will aim to contact the buyer as soon as possible following return of an undelivered item. Two attempts at contact will be made with the buyer after which I will await a response.
Unclaimed undelivered items will be held at my address for 6 weeks. They will no longer be available to be resent after this time.
Items can be redelivered at the buyers cost. I never charge more for shipping than the costs I incur.
Unfortunately refunds cannot be offered for undelivered items due to buyer error and/or for personalised/custom items.
What are your delivery times?
I aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. Custom orders may take longer, especially if proofs need to be approved prior to making.
Standard (2nd class) domestic delivery is free on most items within my shop.
Express (1st class) is available as an upgrade on most items. Next day options are also available- these are expensive, however I am only passing on the costs from Royal Mail.
Please allow extra costs for next day Saturday delivery. I recommend you contact me prior to purchasing an item with next day delivery to ensure I can make the item the same day.
Unfortunately shipping delays are inevitable and uncontrollable once the item is dispatched.

What happens if my item gets lost in transit?
Unfortunately items do sometimes get lost in the post.
I ship with Royal Mail and do have proof of postage for all items. I also try to upload tracking for most orders.
If you are within the UK I can refund you for a lost item sent via 1st or 2nd class 10 working days AFTER posting as long as valid tracking provided by myself shows as undelivered.
Special delivery/next day items can be claimed after 5 working days.
International items (anywhere else in the world besides UK) can be refunded after 25 working days.
These time frames are recommended by Royal Mail.
Claims for lost items must be made within 80 calendar days from the order date.
Tracking will always be checked prior to refunds being given for lost items.
